General Description

Coursing over limestone streambeds, the alkaline waters of Bald Eagle Creek flow to Sayers Dam, creating a warm water environment where trout, bass, panfish, catfish and crappie thrive.

Access

The Lower section of the creek can be accessed at two public areas:

  • Just Northeast of Sayers Dam at Eagleville Road south of the town of Blanchard on Route 150.
  • At Milesburg off of Moose Run Road. There is a 10+ space parking area at the Milesburg Community Park.
