Covered Bridge Scenic Tour
 Of the forty-two covered bridges constructed in the frontier days of Bedford County, only fifteen remain. Knowing the natural beauty and serenity of covered bridges, we designed the Covered Bridges Tour to allow the cyclist to experience several covered bridges on the ride, and several others a short distance off the main tour route. Beginning in Osterburg, Pennsylvania, this tour consists of cycling not only through and around covered bridges, but also through beautiful rural farmland and quaint rural residential areas. The terrain is mostly flat to rolling, but we did include an uphill climb to add a little zing to the day.
